Managing Difficult Relationships

There are some work relationships that just feel hard. There are many reasons why a strain between two colleagues emerges, what we do know though, is that dealing with this type of tension is erosive on many fronts: burnout builds, our mental health suffers, we can become blind to our achievements and self-worth, we sleep badly and work becomes a source of spreading negativity.

However tricky someone is, for your own sanity, you need to learn the skills to navigate charged situations and difficult conversations so that you don't suffer in the process. This is not a workshop in condoning bad behaviour, it is a session built to move you towards optimism, empowerment, confidence and self-worth.

Led by our brilliant executive coach and EQ expert Emma Jefferys, in this one hour live workshop, you will learn new skills, tools and practical strategies to start using immediately. This session will also offer a safe space in which you can explore and reflect on what has been, and how you want this work relationship (and its impact) to look moving forward. Emma will lead with positivity and focus on new potential.

You will leave the Managing Difficult Relationships workshop with a clearer idea about why things have deteriorated, and what is getting in the way and a new objective view on the relationship as a whole: what is the perspective of the other person?

Join us to feel empowered to deal with those relationships that are holding you back.
